It’s so frustrating when organizations such a “B.C. Jobs” require resumes to be submitted in “word” format only, thereby eliminating all creative design & communications professionals from applying for jobs which expressly require their very skill set. My resume, a PDF tabloid, is obviously too much for the neanderthals who designed the mastodons of data parsing mechanics that rule the B.C. Jobs application process. Hey, B.C. Jobs, it’s the 19th Century calling – they want their data base back!
